Life is a cricket match 
If you don't do bat in time 
You may be out by catch.

silent night,
   bat fleeting,
       and gloom.

The smell of peanuts,

winter has struck out
spring comes up to bat and swings
butterflies pop up

She utters sorry,
To another man Chris too,
It was never you.

Fluttering wings;
Bat wrestling with my attic;
Trapped night creature.

black arms of the bat
looking for the dark foodstuff
replenishing love

velvety bat wings
flutter within night shadows~
Bonfires keep burning

Furry bat heartbeats
Our passions labor at dusk
Unbalanced cycle

Frost batters the slum
The alley cat plays the piano 
Bat cries spear the soul

blue moon
 dark shadow
  flying bat

wind
  eerie sound
     wolf howls

orange moon
  aroma in the air
    pumpkin pie

nocturnal clicking
flying spirited and free
tiny guano drops

Constellations
in an autumn sky-
bat flies

milky way
seen in the heavens-
cloudy sky

Come to pitch
with bat, ball, wicket
It's cricket
