Baboon scans the horizon
Resting on a limb

calamondin eyes
hypnotise encroaching prey
sucker pads advance

Standing on a limb
Rainforest lizard smiles
Awaiting a response

delightful palm oil
               
                   puts orangutan at risk

                                             barren land of shame

prehensile primate
 swinging through the canopy 
        what a gripping tale

The lush Amazon,

Kaleidoscopic!

spring storms 
cleansing rain
leaves smile

Monsoons of cool rain,
like manna from God, deluge 
the sun-parched jungles.

World rainforest
Half of all life was therein
I wanted a biscuit.

Flora and fauna
The most common residents
In Rainforest Land.

Rainforest comfort:
Snug bed, gentle raindrops
Chilling perfect view.

water falls of love
overwhelms me with desire 
deep in the mountains

blossoming forest
nature's intense discussion~
abandon quarters
 

Walk into the woods
Trees standing above me
Like Skyscraper.

beautiful designs 
misty rainforest feeling 
small geckos hiding

palm trees wave hello 
long beaked exotic birds fly 
paradise awaits

a river raging
suffocating sunflowers   
ripping up the roots 

elephants raise trunks 
thunderous roar occurs 
all while dining
