in the sea of love 
reflection of the night 
a wave moves

writing as I drift

   on the ocean's endless blue. . . 

                     my soul over        flows

Now my tendrilled soul,
Has found its pergola-- Christ--
To wind its way up....

sea froth
covers the shore...
night whispers

Ocean waves cry out,
From the center of the sea:
With faith to reach land.

sea's sound in the breeze

nature's gift to me

lying on my bed

stars radiant show
sun fades behind ebbing sea~
nature still whispers

summoned black diamond
sun's at other side of night
with the dream roses

heart of joy twinkling
gone down in sea of colors
star of plum evening

still in its peach prime
and dust of the day settles
crow flies to midnight

wind lifts salty air
scent of the sea fills my hair --
fishing without care

pelican dives fast
shrimp on the hook was my last --
strips the bait I cast

turn with quick motion
see crab stealing sun lotion --
ocean commotion

colors of pumpkin, 
vermillion and deep gold---
    veiled mysteries air

branches intertwine
in a sea of canopies---
    harvest moon rises

gilded by the dawn
and swayed by a seasoned wind---
    shades of art abound

Winter spirits rise
Released from snow they dance, warmed
Weeping tears of mist

Soothing whispers of the sea;
Calm reciting surge.

Luna's specter glows
   Gazing at her reflection
In the black night sea

The sea is unkempt
Unwary sailors regret
Thar mate has been swept

Salts are in my tears
Salts are in my sweat,
You ought to call me Sea.

Bursts of mist: drops like
pins against rock and sand
pushed by the wind.

Horizon's edge beneath
evening star, sky darkening
to violet like ink spreading.

Erosion of stone,  
sunken gravesite: souls their voices
the roar of the sea.

satin silver skin
skimming sea swims seamlessly 
seldom seen surprise

coastal sunset -
dropping into the sea also
the juggler's ball

Blue Ocean of Old

on sunset evening	
sun, sky and sea interplay
lovers become one
