Moving through soft veils and mists,
Pilgrimage homeward.

the atrocities

pointed finger
   sister giggles
   with anticipation

A silent pillar of strength,
I'm lucky to have you as sister,
But I'm gifted to be your sister!!

A beauty within
Resilient soul purest white.
Snow dusted Jasmine.

Out of the vast marsh
plaintive grey curlew calling -
my sister scolding me.

Limbs of trees branching 

separate yet together

lives entwined by birth

Dad fishing the bay
me and Bonnie running wild
while Mom's being Mom

Wind carrying seed

sycamore helicopters-

sister spinning wool.

Boat prows bobbing rhythm

fisherman meshing a net ~

sisters hair flowing.

dry summer winds dance
dusting bridesmaids gowns russet
vixen sister laughs

You're queen to the moon
Sister to the distance,
Friend to the eastern star
And daughter to the nature's beautifier.
