gun salute~
                                           in every fold of the flag
                                                   his sacrifices

Near Saint Avold, France,
More than ten thousand heroes
Whisper from the soil.

reflections of life
                                 sanctified with God's glory
                                     the price of freedom

standing tall
so proud
twenty-one gun salute

Sun and sand and beach
Life has some lessons for me
Be all  you can be!

Sad conversations
May healing come to you soon
And children be safe!

For all you have done
And wherever you may be
May you rest in peace!

brave fallen soldiers   
sacrificing young men's blood

                                                     Amaryllis stood
                                            Erect like a straight soldier
                                                 Red feminine bloom

The tall veteran
wears a camouflage faded cap 
and dark shades to hide
his smooth, scarred face: doesn't he wish
that somebody shook his hand...
ah, unpraised soldier!

Faithful Five to Survive

When I stand my post
What will bother me the most
Downhill people coast.

Up myself will pick
Back to my post moved quick
Faithful surely stick.

My post proved to me
Soldier I was meant to be
Sure you will agree.

after killing
an enemy, how lonely i feel
in the battlefield here!

Old Soldier's Disease:
Civil War soldiers would march
Pick and eat cherries

No toilet for them
No toilet paper either
Just woods, trees and leaves

The result's the same
Out fast and loose in the end!
Cherries are the pits!

shrine-like aura of petals

angry clouds crying
